How do I place a web order?

It's as easy as one... two.... three... four!
1. Browse our selection of designs. Our full catalog can be accessed here(link).
2. Once you have come to a decision as to which products you would like to buy, simply go one by one and add them to your cart using the "add to cart" button. Please make sure to double check the items and sizes you have chosen to make sure they are exactly what you want to buy.
3. Press the checkout button! Follow through all of the steps including filling out all appropriate information.
4. Press the "confirm order" button and your order will be processed! See, it was that easy.


How secure is your website?

All personal information given to The Cotton Factory is fully protected and will NEVER be sold or given to any third party. Customers also can sleep safe knowing that our webstore is built upon the Yahoo! store system, which means you have one of the biggest and best tech companies on the planet securing your information every time you visit our website.
Your internet browser can be a help in understanding when you visit a secure page on our website. Just check in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. If a small lock icon appears, this means the information on the page is protected and safe. In addition our website is protected by advanced SSL (secure socket layer) encryption.


What methods of payment do you accept?

The Cotton Factory accepts Visa, MasterCard, or American Express as forms of payment. All credit card information is processed safely and securely at the time of checkout via industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology.


Does the Cotton Factory accept PayPal?

Currently at this time we are working on making this an option availiable for all customers!


How do I make a change to my order after it has been placed?!

How do I make a change to my order after it has been placed?!
A: You can send our customer service an emergency message about your order by filling out the form located here. Please remember that changes to your order can only be made before your order has been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped no further changes can be made to the order.


What is your return policy?

We want each of our customers to be thrilled with each purchase at our store. If you aren't fully satisfied with the shirts you have purchased you can return them for a full refund for the returned items. Shipping costs are not refundable.
All products sent back for return must be in original condition unused and unworn. Any products found to be in unacceptable and un sellable condition will be returned to the customer.
The return form is located on the back of your packing slip. If you lost your packing slip, simply click here to download the form in pdf file format.
Please remember that the cut off time for returns is 30 days. We will not accept any returns after this period. Anything received after the 30 day period will be sent back to the customer.


Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! The Cotton Factory does offer exchanges on the same tee shirt design for another size only. Surcharges do apply when switching from Mens to Womens or upgrading to XX-Large.

A mistake was made to my order, what should I do?

The road to excellence is hard, and yet sometimes along the way we make mistakes. Please let us know about it as soon as possible by filling out the form located at the following link:

Do you offer gift certificates?

Not currently. A number of customers have expressed interest in gift certificates and this has not gone unnoticed. When gift certificates do become available we will announce it to our customers via our email newsletter. Sign up for the newsletter!

 

ORDER PROCESSING / SHIPPING INFORMATION

How long will it take you to process my order?


The Cotton Factory process's shipments every day monday through friday. In some circumstances orders can be processed the same day they are placed but in most cases orders are processed within one (2) or two (3) business days after the order was placed, but sometimes it can take up to three (4) or four (5) business days and in rare occasions orders may take longer due to overwhelming demand for a
particular item. We do not do partial shipments so this may delay all items in your order. If you feel that your order is taking too long feel free to contact our customer service If you are experiencing a delay in the shipment of your order, or haven't received an email notification for your order., send a message to our customer service department.


What kind of conformations should I receive for my order?

Email confirmations are automatically sent each time you place an order at our web-store. The first confirmation you receive is an acknowledgement that the order has been received by our system. When your order has been processed by our shipping department you will then receive another email containing tracking information.


What are your shipping options?

Customers placing orders on our website have the following shipping options for them to choose from:
Domestic US Orders:
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day shipping)
International Customers:
All International Orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail.


How much is shipping going to cost?

We suggest that you place all of the desired items in your shopping cart and then proceed to the checkout section of our website. From there you will be able to see what the total costs of shipping will be for your order.


Will there be any additional fees to my international order?

All shipping fees charged by The Cotton Factory include the processing of your order at our fulfillment center as well as the postage needed to ship your order. The price charged by us does not include any charges particular governments will add to your shipment when entering your country. This is stated quite clearly on our checkout page. The Cotton Factory has no control over such fees and taxes.


How do I track the status of my order?

Every time an order is packed and shipped at our warehouse an email confirmation containing tracking information is sent to the customer.
United States Postal Service:
Customers who chose USPS Priority Mail or Global Priority Mail as their shipping method will receive a delivery confirmation number. Please note that the delivery confirmation system is not a tracking system, but instead a confirmation of when a package is delivered. Customers who wish to view this information can do so by visiting the official USPS website and entering their information into the "Track and Confirm" box located on the right hand side of the page.

Who Really Designs the T-Shirts?

A secret society of ancient monks that never have and never will see the light of day. Ok, so that may not be true but maybe someday it could be. Who really knows?
Actually a number of people contribute to the t-shirts designs including much of the CottonFactory.com staff.


What brand of t-shirts do you use?

Our men’s shirts are printed on Gildan heavyweight 100% cotton tees; women’s shirts are printed on 100% cotton American Apparel Classic Girl tees.

Can I send my order to you using telepathy?

Some of our customers have expressed that they wish to send us their orders telepathically. While customers are not discouraged from sending their orders by this method, The Cotton Factory makes no guarantee that such orders will ever be received by our computer database. The Cotton Factory respects your right to privacy. We will never rent or sell your information without prior authorization.
Each time an order is placed with The Cotton Factory customers submit personal information information including their name, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and credit card information.
