ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION
1.) How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
CottonFactory.com processes shipments every day Monday through Thursday. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after they are submitted online, but on rare occasion may take up to 3-5 business days if there is overwhelming demand for a particular item you selected. We do not ship partial shipments, so a delay on one item might delay all items in your order. If you are experiencing a delay in the shipment of your order, or haven't received an email notification for your order, send a message to our CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
2.) How Will I Know That My Order Has Been Received?
Email confirmations are automatically sent each time you place an order through our online store. The first confirmation you receive is an acknowledgement that the order has been received by our system. Once your order has been processed through our shipping department, you will then receive another email that contains tracking information.
3.) What Are Your Shipping Options?
Customers placing orders on our website have the following shipping options for them to choose from:
Domestic US Orders: USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day shipping)
International Customers: All International Orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail.
4.) How Much Will Shipping Cost?
We suggest that you place all of the desired items in your shopping cart and then proceed to the checkout section of our website. From there you will be able to see what the total costs of shipping will be for your order.
5.) Are There Additional Fees For International Orders ?
All shipping fees charged by CottonFactory.com include the processing of your order at our fulfillment center as well as the postage needed to ship your order. Our shipping charges do not include any taxes and fees that your own government might add to your shipment when it enters your country. CottonFactory.com has no control over such additional government fees and taxes.
6.) How Do I Track The Status Of My Order ?
Every time an order is packed and shipped at our warehouse an email confirmation containing tracking information is sent to the customer. United States Postal Service: Customers who chose USPS Priority Mail or Global Priority Mail as their shipping method will receive a delivery confirmation number. Please note that the delivery confirmation system is not a tracking system, but instead a confirmation of when a package is delivered. Customers who wish to view this information can do so by visiting the official USPS website and entering their information into the "Track and Confirm" box located on the right hand side of the page.

1.) Who Really Designs The Shirts?
A secret society of ancient monks that never have and never will see the light of day. Ok, so that may not be true but maybe someday it could be. Who really knows? In reality, CottonFactory.com’s special team of art stars and master printers design and print our shirts.
2.) What Brand of T-shirts Do You Use?
Our men’s shirts are printed on 100% cotton American Apparel Fine Jersey tees and our women’s shirts are printed on 100% cotton American Apparel Classic Girl tees.
3.) How Do Your Shirts Fit?
All sizing information about our t-shirts can be located under SHIRT INFO. We strongly recommend that you check out the sizing chart before you place your order. In general men's sizes run true to size (they are slightly fitted). WOMEN READ THIS: We have found that the women's American Apparel tees run one size smaller and shrink about one size. You may want to consider ordering up two sizes depending on how you like your tees to fit.
