We believe that people with good taste, such as you, deserve to be happy. Because we want all of our customers to be thrilled with each purchase at our store, if you aren't completely satisfied with the shirts you have purchased you can return them for a full refund minus shipping. You can also exchange your shirt for a different size one time. When doing exchanges you may not exchange designs, only different sizes for that particular design. Surcharges may be applied for XXL shirts if you decide to exchange into them.
All returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, unused and unworn. This means no weird stains, holes, or other physical damage, and no overpowering scents of booze, cigarettes, or personal hygiene products. We want to be nice, and we want the undying love and affection of our customers, but we are serious about this: Any products found to be in unacceptable and un-sellable condition will be returned to the customer. The customer pays return shipping on all returns and exchanges unless we are at fault. First time exchanges will be shipped back to you by us at no additional costs. Any shipping expenses for subsequent exchanges will be covered by the customer. Again, shipping costs to the CottonFactory are not reimbursed on first time exchanges, we will however ship the first exchange back to you at no charge to make all fair.
Our return form is available for DOWNLOAD. Simply click on the link provided to download the form in .jpg file format. Please fill out this form and include it along with any customer support e-mails with your return package.
Please remember that the cut off time for returns/exchanges is 30 days from the date shipped. We also do not accept exchanges for different designed shirts. If you would like to exchange something, please send it back and make sure your preferences are noted on the return form. We will not accept any returns after 30 days, period. Anything received after the 30-day return time will be kept in our warehouse. But hey - you have an entire month to return something if you don't like it! When you think of how much you can accomplish in one month, what's mailing one little package?
